Williams Design works with amazing commercial clients and designers in Toronto and across North America. We find furnishings and decor for:
- Film, television and advertising
- Restaurants and cafes
- Shops and boutiques
- Airbnb hosts
- Offices and other commercial spaces
We have furnished entire sets of the hit TV series Orphan Black and Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. Our antique and vintage furnishings have seen in such shows as Taken, Heroes Reborn, Rookie Blue, 12 Monkeys, The Handmaid’s Tale, Murdoch Mysteries, and HGTV’s Save My Reno.
We have supplied decor for many major films, most recently the upcoming Shape of Water and It.
We also rent our furniture and props, making us a popular source for television and digital commercial clients.
We have supplied furnishings for theatre productions, and even as set pieces for special events at the TIFF Lightbox.
RESTAURANTS & CAFES
Our sturdy woodite chairs and funky decor make Williams a popular choice with restaurant owners.
You can find our furnishings in such popular eateries as Otto’s Bierhalle, Joey Restaurants, The Saucy Perogi, Pai and many more.
Our seating, furnishings and hard-to-find light fixtures are the perfect fit with contemporary bar and cocktail culture.
SHOPS and BOUTIQUES
Our industrial furnishings, including work tables, lockers and 20th century props, are popular with boutiques. We provided Le Labo cosmetics with a maple-top industrial table for their San Francisco outlet, and our benches and display tables can be found in many Queen St. West shops.
We serve many AIRBNB hosts who are looking for decor items to add a hip and fresh atmosphere to their rental units. From cafeware for the kitchen to shelves and storage units, we make it easy.
OFFICES and COMMERCIAL SPACES
Designers come to us with their plans, looking for unique lighting solutions and hard-to-find furniture. We specialize in tanker desks and office chairs, plus filing cabinets and industrial furnishings.
